We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements if an incorrect size is ordered. Please double-check your measurements and consult our size charts before completing your purchase to ensure the best possible fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. If you find a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. When reaching out, include a clear photo of the item and your order details.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached, if applicable.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will confirm receipt of your email once we’ve reviewed the information. If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.

Important: Any item sent back to us without prior communication and approval will not be accepted, and the purchase will be forfeited.

Fees, Customs, and Shipping Delays

Once your package leaves our facility, it is under the care of the shipping provider. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after they have been handed over to the courier.

  • Any customs or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs policies to anticipate potential charges.
  • If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or delivery service. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse or resend orders if items are lost or stolen in transit.
Returned to Sender Orders

Occasionally, orders may be returned to us by the courier as undeliverable. If this happens, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order:

  • After verifying your shipping address or obtaining an updated address, we will reship the package.
  • All reshipment costs (both domestic and international) are the customer’s responsibility.
