1. Client Responsibility

By booking an appointment at Boulevard Lashes YYJ, you acknowledge and accept all of our policies. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of these policies at the time of booking.

2. Appointment Policy

Appointments can be changed or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without incurring any fee. This flexibility helps us accommodate scheduling changes and ensure all clients receive their desired services at their preferred times.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 48-Hour Window: Any appointment that is missed, canceled, forfeited, rescheduled, or not shown up for within the 48-hour window will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost plus applicable taxes. This fee must be paid before any further appointments are accepted.
• Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made at the last minute or no-show appointments are subject to 100% of the service cost plus applicable taxes. This fee must be paid before any new appointments can be scheduled.

4. Same-Day Reschedule Fee

If you need to change or reschedule your appointment on the same day, a fee will be applied. You must call and speak directly with a team member to determine if a same-day reschedule is possible.

5. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we can only complete your service within the remaining scheduled time. For example, if your appointment is from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and you arrive at 2:30 PM, we will only provide service until 3:00 PM.

6. Card on File

For convenience and to secure your appointment, we require a valid card on file. This card will be charged for any applicable fees incurred due to missed appointments, late cancellations, or rescheduling as outlined in these policies.

7. Payment

All payments for services and any applicable fees are due at the time of your appointment or will be charged to the card on file. If you prefer to use an alternative payment method, please inform us before your appointment. Otherwise, the card on file will be used to process any outstanding balance.

8. Retainer Fee

A Retainer Fee may be required for certain services or for appointments during peak hours. All Retainer Fees are non-refundable. If a Retainer Fee applies to your service, you will be notified when booking.

9. Foreign Fills

We offer lash fills for clients who received extensions from other salons, known as Foreign Fills. Please note that Foreign Fills are subject to an additional $30 fee to account for the assessment and adjustment of work completed by other technicians. If we determine that the existing extensions do not meet our standards, we may recommend removal and a fresh set.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any significant changes that directly impact their scheduled services.

11. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that there are risks associated with eyelash extensions, facials, and other beauty services. Boulevard Lashes YYJ and its staff are not liable for any adverse effects or allergic reactions resulting from these services. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities during your consultation so we can take appropriate precautions.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are provided for completed services. We are committed to your satisfaction, and if you are unhappy with the result, please inform us immediately so we can make any necessary adjustments.
